These Terms govern your use of the TradeAutoSystem website, products and platform ("Services"). By using our Services you agree to these Terms.
Digital products (bots, expert advisors, scripts, the quant engine and ebooks) are licensed to you for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publicly share the files or source code without written permission.
The TAS Terminal is offered as a free, non-profit service. Access is granted upon registration and no payment is required to use the terminal platform.
Payments are processed by third-party providers via card or cryptocurrency. Prices are shown in USD. A discount may apply to crypto payments as displayed at checkout.
One-off digital products (bots, engine, scripts, ebooks) are delivered instantly and are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If a product is defective or not as described, contact us and we will make it right.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee profits, uptime, or that any tool will meet your requirements. See our Risk Disclaimer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
